My Favorite Things Newest Illustrator

Hello everyone and welcome back. Today I'm here to share a quick card featuring a stamp set by one of My Favorite Things newest illustrators - Stacey Yacula. I'm so excited to be using her first stamp set - Sweet Holiday Penguins today.

I started off with stamping out all four penguins in the Sweet Holiday Penguin set and coloured them in with Copic Markers. I then cut them out using the coordinating dies.

(Copic Markers: BG11, BG23, BG49 / W00, W0, W1, W3, W5, W7 / C00, 0 / YR20, YR12, YR15 / YG01, YG25, YG17 / Y35, YR04, YR18 / R00 / RV13, RV25, RV19)

I then took the Gift Box Cover Up Die and cut that from some Sno Cone Cardstock. I then added foam tape to the back of the frame and images as well.

I then ran a card base through my Big Shot Machine with the WRMK Dotted Embossing Folder.

Lastly I adhered my frame at an angle and cut off the excess, I then adhered in my penguins as well. For my last step, I white heat embossed the 'Sending Holiday Cheer' sentiment onto a strip of black cardstock and adhered that in the centre of the scene.

Thank you so much for stopping by today, I hope you enjoyed my project today.
Thank you to MFT for sending me the stamp to play with, I can't wait to use it more.

The links to everything I used will be down below and I'll see you soon.

Hello Bluebird - Two Cards

Hi friends, today I'm back for Hello Bluebird and I'll be sharing with you two cards; one fall and one Christmas design using the Pumpkin Patch and Rooftop Reindeer sets.

For my first card I ink blended a blue sky with Distress Inks onto a piece of watercolour cardstock. I then flicked it with water and dried it extremely well with a heat tool. I then stamped out the 'Tis The Season' sentiment from the stamp set, Tis The Season and gold heat embossed that. Then I stamped below the 'Believe In The Magic Of Christmas' sentiment from Rooftop Reindeer underneath and white heat embossed that.

Moving onto my images, I stamped them both onto some white cardstock, coloured them in with Copic Markers and cut them out using my scissors. I added foam tape behind them both and adhered them into place.

(Copic Markers Used: R24, R29, R89 / E04, E07, R89 / E53, E55, E57, E59 / B000, B000, B01 / W00, W1, W3, 0 / Y11, Y35, YR23 / R11, R20)

For my next card, I took a piece of watercolour paper and used my Mijello Misson Gold Watercolours and painted a few stripes in fall colours along the side. I then stamped out my images from Pumpkin Patch and coloured them in with Copic Markers. I cut them out using scissors and added foam tape to the back.

(Copic Markers Used: N2, N4, N6 / YR61, YR63, YR67 / BV02, BV04, BV08 / Y35, YR14, YR18 / YR31, YR23, YR24 / E000, E00, E21, R20 / W0, W2, 0 / E32, E25, E27 / E53, E55, E57)

I cut down my watercolour panel and added a strip of black to the side and then adhered the entire panel onto a card base. I stamped the 'So Thankful For You' sentiment onto the bottom with black ink from the same Pumpkin Patch stamp set and then adhered my images on top.

Thanks so much for stopping by today, I hope you enjoyed and I'll see you soon.

Hello Bluebird - Three Cards

Hi everyone, thought I would pop by and show the three cards I made for the preview days for Hello Bluebird last week. All the products are available to purchase now and the link is down below to the store. I also have an entire link up at the bottom of my post for all of the brand new products.

Hello Bluebird Store: https://shop.hellobluebird.com

For my first card I used the new Tis' The Season stamp set. I watercolored a blue background and stamped the large Tis' The Season sentiment with black ink on top. I drew some dots for snow in the background as well. For the additional sentiments I used some pink, yellow and green inks to stamp them and cut them out leaving a white border. I popped them up on foam tape around the original sentiment. Lastly, I adhered the panel onto some blue striped patterned paper.

For my second card I used the Autumn Script and Pumpkin Patch stamp sets. I coloured my image from Pumpkin Patch using my Copic Markers and cut her out with my scissors. For the background I used some yellow and green Distress Inks to create the background. I flicked it with water and heat set it. I popped up the image on foam tape and adhered it to the background. For the sentiment I used 'Give Thanks' from Autumn Script and stamped it in black on the background. Lastly, I popped the entire panel on foam tape and onto a striped piece of patterned paper.

For my third and final card I used the Christmas Is Coming stamp set. I used some black watercolour and coloured over a piece of white cardstock. I dried it super well with a heat tool and then white heat embossed the bear image onto the background. I used some Kuretake Starry Colours and Pearl Colours for the colouring. I then used a piece of white cardstock and cut a rectangle from the top centre and stamped the 'Merry and Bright' sentiment onto the bottom. Lastly, I popped it up on foam tape and adhered it over my scene.

Thanks so much for stopping by today, I hope you enjoyed and are inspired by the new release. I can't wait to play with it more!

Craft Online - Three Christmas Cards (Video)

Hello everyone! I'm so excited to be here today to share a video I made for Craft Online

Craft Online is an Australian based store that offers all your crafting needs. I've been shopping with them for years and have always love their service and what they have on offer. Lately I've noticed them getting in a lot more stamps and dies from companies that I love using, so I am super excited to be doing videos for them.

Below are the cards I made in my video.

For my first card I decided to do something that I loved, so I created my own patterned paper background using the stamped images.

For the second card I created a snowy scene featuring all the elves posting gifts.

For my third card, this little rocking horse was crying out to be used with an action wobbler.

Here it is in action, super fun!

Linked below is the video and the supply list.

Thank you so much for stopping by today and I'll see you soon.
