25 Days of Christmas Tags: Sunny Studio Stamps

Hello crafty friends, today I'm here again to participate in Tracey McNeely's 25 Days of Christmas Tags event. Today's inspiration comes from Sunny Studio

For my tags today I used the new Feeling Frosty Stamps as well Merry Mice for the sentiment. I also used Scenic Route for the background and then I used Scalloped Circle Tags Dies for the actual tag shape.

I started off with stamping out all my images and colouring them in with Copic Markers. Once they were coloured, I cut them out.

(Copic Markers Used: YG01, YG03, YG23, YG17 / B0000, B000 / BV01, BV02, BV04, BV08 / Y11, Y13, Y15, Y19 / BG10, BG11, BG13, BG49 / YR00, YR02, YR14, YR18 / R000, R00 / RV10, RV13, RV25, RV19 / W00, W0, 0 / W1, W3, W5, W7)

I also die cut out some Scalloped Circle Tags from navy coloured cardstock, as well as some little flag banners as sentiment holders.

I added foam tape onto the backs of the images and adhered them onto my tags. I also white heat embossed the 'Merry Christmas' from Merry Mice onto the banners and threaded them onto my tags with some twine.

Thanks so much for stopping by today. Check out Tracey's blog for more information as well as more inspiration.

Thanks so much for stopping by and I'll see you soon.

Pretty Pink Posh October Product Release Blog Hop

Hi friends, today I'm participating in the Pretty Pink Posh October Product Release Blog Hop along with so many other designers and I'm so super duper excited to be here! This new release is filled with so many fun winter themed stamps and dies along with stencils and confetti.

There will be an opportunity to win four $25 gift certificates to the store (two for each day). That's a few opportunities, so don't forget to comment on each persons blog each day! Comments must be left by 11:59 PST on the 22th of October and then winners will be announced on the Pretty Pink Posh Blog.

Here are a list of all the participants for the first day. Be sure to check back tomorrow for another day filled with inspiration.

For today's card I used the new Holiday Signs Stamp Set along with the Whimsical Christmas Stencil.

I started off with stamping out my images and colouring them in with Copic Markers. I then cut them out. While I had my die cutting machine out I ran through the Whimsical Christmas Stencil with some rubber mats to emboss my card base. I also added white gel pen details to my images.

(Copic Markers Used: E000, E00, E21, E02 / W1, W3, W5, W7 / Y11, Y13, Y15, Y19 / YR00, YR02, YR14, YR18 / BG10, BG11, BG13, BG49 / E41, E42, E43, E44 / R000, R00, R20 / BG10, BG11, BG13, BG49 / W00, W0, W1 / 0 / YG01, YG03, YG23, YG17 / R14, R24, R27, R46)

I cut down a piece of white cardstock to 3" wide and cut a snowy hill with some scissors. I adhered it onto the card base with foam tape. I then stamped the different sentiments onto each image, and I then adhered my images on top, too.

I finished off my card with adhering some Merry Confetti Mix around my project.

That finished up my card for today, thanks so much for stopping by. The next person on the hop is Wanda Guess so be sure to continue hopping. Don't forget to leave a comment and I'll see you all next time.

Craft Online - Life Is Good (Video)

Hi friends, today I'm back for Craft Online and I'll be using the Carta Bella Let's Travel line to create a super simple travel themed card for you all. I'm using just the 12x12 Sticker Set that comes in the 12x12 Paper Pack for my card today.

I first created a grey card base from some light grey cardstock. I then peeled off the stickers I want to use and used the powder from an anti static powder tool to remove the stickiness. That allows me to move them around as much as I like.

Once I found a spot for them all, I added foam tape onto the backs and adhered them into place. I used my scissors to cut off the excess.

I then cut down a strip of black cardstock and added the 'Life is Good' sentiment on top using more foam. I then tied a hemp cord bow to the right hand side and that finished up my card for today.

Thanks so much for stopping by today and I'll see you all next time.

Now all the details are out of the way, let's move onto the card I made for today.
I used the new Santa Claus Lane Stamp Set along with Scenic Route for the lights.

I started off with stamping out my images from both sets and coloured them in with Copic Markers. I then cut them out. I used an exacto knife to cut around inside the fire place to create an opening, also.

(Copic Markers Used: RV10, RV11, RV13, RV25 / RV91, RV93, RV95, RV99 / BV01, BV02, BV04, BV08 / B91, B93, B95, B97 / Y11, Y13, Y15, Y19 / E000, E00, E21, E02 / W00, W0 / E50, E51, E53, E55, E57, E59 / YG01, YG23, YG25, YG17 / R14, R24, R27, R89 / W1, W3, W5, W7 / 0)

I took a couple papers from both the Subtle Grey Tones Paper Pad and the Very Merry Paper Pad and cut out a 4" x 5 1/2" piece and also a couple of 1/2" strips of the colourful paper too. I adhered them together using tape adhesive at the top and bottom of the panel. I then used the 'Wishing You A Holly Jolly Christmas' sentiment from Santa Claus Lane and stamped it down directly onto the bottom of my panel using a MISTI.

I then added white details using a gel pen onto my images and adhered them into place using foam tape. I also added the little Santa inside of the fireplace, which I thought was a cute detail.

That finished up my card for today, I hope you enjoyed. All of the products are linked down below. Remember they're not available until the 27th of September and are only for pre-order from today.

The next person on the hop is Ana Anderson and make sure you leave a comment below to be entered into the giveaway. See you next time!

Craft Online - Happy Father's Day (Video)

Hi friends, today I'm back with a Father's Day for Craft Online. I used the Poppy Crafts Garden Tool Set Dies to create a fun embossed background.

I started off with a white piece of cardstock and adhered two grey stripes over the top. I then laid out my dies over the panel and ran it through my die cutting machine on some rubber mats so they emboss and don't cut.

I then die cut the 'Happy Father's Day' Die from black and dark grey cardstock, adhered them together creating a drop shadow and adhered them onto my card using foam tape.

I finished off by adding the apostrophe and dot of the exclamation point and that finished off my card for today.

Thanks for stopping by and hope you enjoyed my 10 minute simple Father's Day Card. See you next time!

------------------------------------------------

For today's card I used the new 'Boo!' Stamp Set along with the older 'Halloween Pals' Stamp Set. I also used the new 'Spooky Fence' Die, too.

I started off with stamping out all my images from 'Boo!' and 'Halloween Pals' and coloured them in with Copic Markers. I then cut them out. While I was die cutting, I also cut out the 'Spooky Fence' Die from black cardstock and a hill using the 'Stitched Borders 1' Dies from watercolour cardstock.

(Copic Markers Used: YR00, YR02, YR12, YR18 / Y11, Y13, Y15, Y19 / E50, E51, E53, E55 / R000, R30, R20 / W00, W0, W1 / 0 / E41, E42, E43, E44 / W2, W3, W5, W7 / BV01, BV02, BV04, BV08 / YG61, YG63, YG67, G28 / R14, R24, R27, R89)

Now everything was was die cut out, I took the hill piece and another piece of watercolour cardstock and ink blended some Distress Oxide Inks onto each piece. I then flicked on some water and dried them with a heat tool.

(Distress Oxide Inks Used: Blueprint Sketch, Salty Ocean, Broken China / Twisted Citron, Peeled Paint)

I then die cut the word 'Boo' from the top centre of the blue ink blended panel using the 'Boo!' Dies. I made sure to keep the centre pieces for later.

Now it was time to adhere everything together. I added foam tape onto the back of the blue ink blended panel and adhered it onto a grey card base. I adhered the insides of the letters as well. I then adhered the 'Spooky Fence' with liquid glue and then the green hill onto the bottom and all my critters on top. I white heat embossed the 'Happy Halloween' sentiment from 'Boo!' onto a strip of black cardstock, and adhered it over the die cut Boo word. I added white details using a gel pen and that finished off my card for today.

Thank you so much for stopping by today. Yana Smakula is the last stop on the hop today so make sure you head over to see her wonderful creation.

See you next time!

Craft Online - Hello and Thanks (Video)

Hello friends, Eloise here for Craft Online and today I have two cards to share with you all using some word dies from Kaisercraft. I also created some paint strokes using some of their acrylic paint, too for some simple thanks and hello cards.

I started off with die cutting the two words, Thanks and Hello from watercolour cardstock and adhered them down lightly to a sheet. I then swiped up the colours of paint I was going use onto each letter, leaving the top of them white. I did this to both words and set them aside to dry.

(Kaisercraft Paints Used: Lime, Olive, Spearmint, Sea Breeze and Tropical Water / Yellow, Mango, Orange, Dusty Pink, Candy and Magenta)

Once they were dry I added foam tape onto the backs of the letters. I then cut down two white card bases and ran them through a die cutting machine with the Fern Leaf Embossing Folder. Then adhered the letters into place.

I wanted to extend the sentiment so I used the Reveal Wheel Sentiment Set from Lawn Fawn, white heat embossed the 'Just Wanted To Say' sentiments onto thin black strips and adhered them over the painted sentiments.

That finished up these two quick and easy cards for today, I hope you enjoyed and I'll see you next time. craft
