Hello crafty friends and welcome to Day Two of the Pretty Pink Posh Product Release Blog Hop. I'm so incredibly excited to be here today along with many other designers to showcase the brand new release for you all. Now that all the details are out of the way, let's move on to the card I made for today.

I used the brand new Piñata Party stamp set along with Storybook 1 Dies and Scallop Frames Dies to create this fun birthday themed card.

I stamped out my images onto some white cardstock, coloured them in with Copic Markers and die cut them using the coordinating dies. I also made sure to stamp some little curly lines and things to add around my piñata later on.

(Copic Markers Used:  RV13, RV25, RV19 / YG01, YG25, YG17 / BV02, BV04, BV08 / YR20, YR31, YR12 / BG11, BG13, BG49 / N4)

I then die cut out the largest Scallop Frame from white cardstock and the Storybook 1 Dies from watercolour paper. I then ink blended some Spun Sugar, Picked Raspberry and Festive Berries Distress Inks onto the watercolour panel, flicked on some water spots and dried it off with a heat tool. I cut it down to size so the Scallop Frame would sit over nicely.

I adhered the pink panel down onto my card base along with the Scallop Frame using foam tape. I then adhered the white insides of the Storybook Die back into the frame and stamped the 'Let's Party' sentiment with black ink.

I then added some hemp cord to "attach" my piñata and then adhered the rest of the images down with foam tape as well. I then adhered some of the streamers, I guess? down around the piñata using liquid glue.

I then decided I wanted some patterned paper in the background, so I ripped up the panel and adhered down some pink striped patterned paper from Echo Park and that finished up my card for today.

Thank you so much for stopping by today, I hope you enjoyed this card as much as I did making it.

Pretty Pink Posh Team Announcement (Video)

Hello friends, today I have a quick New Years card to share with you all to celebrate the Pretty Pink Posh team announcement. Yep, I'm a couple days late - I'm currently in the process of moving and am a little behind on projects.. I've never had to much to prep before a move before.

I used a ton of rainbow sequins to create a '2019' and a couple of images from Birthday Friends to help set the scene.

I started off with printing a large 2019 from a word document. I cut around it with an exacto knife, I adhered it lightly onto a piece of white cardstock, traced around them and then removed the original numbers. I erased most of the numbers so that I could barely see them. I covered them all with strips of adhesive and adhered down my sequins.

(Sequins Used: Pink Blush, Pink Peonies, Raspberry, Tangerine, Lemon Meringue, Lemon Drop, Lime Sorbet, Shamrock, Aquamarine, Cornflower, Pansy Purple, Amethyst)

I then printed an additional 2019 and cut that out carefully with a knife and scissors once again and adhered it over top using foam tape. I then stamped, coloured and die cut my images from Birthday Friends and adhered them at the bottom of my panel.

(Copic Markers Used: YR14, YR16, YR18 / B21, B24, B26 / R81, R83, R85 / V12, V15, V17 / R14, R24, R29 / C3, C5, C7 / E000, E00, E21 / E42, E43, E44, E47 / TR20, YR31, YR12 / C00 / YG61, YG63, YG67)

Too finish up, I added a piece of black and grey striped patterned paper to the bottom and my card was complete.

Thanks so much for stopping by, thank you so much to Paulina for continuing to have me on the team, I love it so much here!

Below are all the other designers who have joined or are continuing on in the team; you should go and follow all of them, this team is incredible!

My Top 20 Favourite Card Designs for 2018

Warning: Image Heavy Post

Hello friends and Happy New Year! Today I thought I would share a post showcasing my favourite cards from 2018. It also gives me a little opportunity to thank everyone once again for all the support this year and I hope next year I can come back stronger than ever with my crafting game, offering more inspiration and also getting my YouTube channel back on track. Anyway, let's get onto my favourite cards/projects from 2018.

Shaped cards are some of my absolute favourite cards to make. They're usually quick and easy and turn out super cute. I made this Valentine's Day card for Lawn Fawn over on their channel.

An Easter themed card for Pretty Pink Posh. I made this for one of their sales and honestly, the colours on this card are just my favourite. Paulina always has the cutest images, too!

This framed design for a Sunny Studio Stamps card is so. much. fun. It allowed me to create several small scenes without over crowding. I think I'll have to make a design like this again.

Another sale promotion card that made it into the list. It's funny because I usually make these types of cards on the spot without much thought, but this simple design and colour choice is definitely one of my favourites this year!

This Tetris inspired card for Sunny Studio was so much fun to create and perfect for all those stamp sets that have a ton of different images to use. This Party Pups stamp set was the perfect contender for this card.

I think it's a common theme of what shades of colours I'm attracted too for making cards. Pink, yellow and aqua always seem to make the cut. Love these layered dies from Birch Press Design.

My first project made for Hello Bluebird Stamps. Loving these jungle critters as well as all the foliage!

Of course a Disney inspired card had to make the cut. This 101 Dalmatians inspired card I made using the Playful Puppies stamp set from Pretty Pink Posh shows a great way to alter your stamps to make them into exactly what you want.

A MFT guest video post. A shaker card with an ocean theme, what could be better? Love this Gill Friends stamp set so much, these Birdie Brown fish are just the cutest!

Sometimes simple is the best. I Copic coloured in my bee images from Hello Bluebird and adhered them onto a plain blue card base. Added a custom sentiment and this made one of my favourite cards this year, who would have thought?

Grid designs were some of my favourites to create in 2018. I used the Frosty Littles stamp set to create this one.

A simple masked background for a sky and snowy hill and a few critters makes for a super quick and easy card but also, it's super cute. I love the simplistic feel of this card.

I love tags. I used Lawn Fawn and Thermoweb products to create these tags. I love the glitter polka dots using glue dots, super fun and sparkly!

One of the first cards I made with the most recent Winter release from Sunny Studio and I loved colouring these alpacas in fun colours. I think it makes for a fun, bright, non-traditional Christmas card.

Interactive cards and Lawn Fawn go together so well. This simple gate fold design to appear like a door on Halloween worked so well. I love this Costume Party stamp set as well as the added detail I added to the tree.

My Favorite Things was super sweet and sent me over this stamp set from their newest designer, Stacey. These penguins are so cute and made for a quick and easy card design.

Pretty Pink Posh November blog hop. Making Christmas trees with images is my thing at Christmas time, so of course I had to do this with the Penguin Pals.

It's gotta be the retro vibe from this card that I love so much. Birch Press Designs will continue to be my favourite for dies!

Some tags using Snow Play for Tracey's 25 Days of Christmas Tags challenge. I think it's the greeny background that makes me love these simple tags so much.

Potentially my favourite Christmas cards of the year. Simple wreaths using small images. These tuned out so cute!

And my last favourite of the year.. tags for Hello Bluebird. These simple double layer vellum tags were the perfect way to end off the list. I used the Bo Bunny paper as inspiration for the colours used and they turned out perfect.

Thank you so much to everyone for stopping by today, I hope you enjoyed scrolling through my favourites that I made over the year. I did the top nine on Instagram and wanted to actually compile a list of my personal favourites. I think it's a fun idea.

Thanks again for a great year crafty wise and I'll see you soon for some more projects.
